Who We Are
Our experienced team’s mission is to allow centralised finance to use tokens to represent any sufficiently regular price series, unconstrained by what that price series represents. We believe in reducing censorship and allowing people of all values, beliefs, and social backgrounds to be able to access these defi systems. This would allow economic freedom and gives everyone the same opportunity to build prosperity.

Our IRR
IRR (Toman) is based on the Binance protocol & conforms to the BEP-20 standard. The Company created & deployed the tokens-based smart contract, which creates & maintains a ledger that maps , Binance addresses to token balances & implements this BEP-20 standard.
IRR has been built to be a multi-chain application, if in the future new chains emerge that could benefit from IRR then those chains will be considered for integration. In addition to the smart contracts, the Company intends for the platform to also include the Company’s existing services (through which users will benefit from the Company’s history & experience), & software to be developed by the Company for the purpose of enabling real world data to settle agreements & easy to use tools to interact with the smart contracts.
While the Company intends to develop the initial smart contracts & software for the platform, the platform will be open to third- party providers. As a result, the Company will not have control over how other participants use the platform & it is possible that the platform could evolve over time in ways which diminish or increase the utility of IRR (Toman) with respect to the Company’s own offerings in the platform. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to modify features, functionalities, or development plans for any products or services that it may make available to platform participants its sole & absolute discretion.

IRR (Toman) is mission oriented towards the economic benefit of tokenholders. Towards this end, system fees have a low hard limit to ensure benefits accrue to tokenholders, who can efficiently capture the economic fair price of holding a price series, such is capturing interest, dividends, short rebate fees- with no token locking or action needed by the tokenholder. Further, while the prototypical token example represents a diversified basket of assets, the token is flexible enough to represent any sufficiently regular price series.
